Gabriel Stanford-ReisingerFifteen years, that’s how long fans have waited for Mojang to finally add craftable saddles in Minecraft. Since its debut in 2010, saddles were always an item players had to find in chests with other options creeping up later down the line.
Shared on the Minecraft Blog, it’s been revealed that with the new testing update players can simply gather up three leather and an iron ingot to craft the once uncraftable item. Additionally, players can simply use sheers to get it off of pig mounts, though, we imagine it works on other mounts, too.
Additionally, with this update, you can expect to hear new ambient music composed by Amos Roddy.
